The One With a Month of Gratitude

Day 2

Live a life full of humility, gratitude, intellectual curiosity, and never stop learning.

Always have an attitude of gratitude.

Day 3

Day 5 – I have many things to be grateful for: Fall leaves, good family, a spontaneous ocean visit, and the love of my life.

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.

Day 6 Seattle day was simply fabulous ☕️ coffee, ferry boats, food, love, and so many memories.

Day 7 – So much to be grateful for today!

Remember, everything will be alright. We can meet again somewhere, somewhere far away from here.

Day 8 What an incredible finish to our weekend getaway. The sun finally came out to make sure we saw all of Washington’s glory ☀️

Day 9 One more day of relaxation and preparation for the short week ahead.

I think gratitude is a big thing. It puts you in a place where you’re humble

Day 10
Day 12

My cup runneth over …

When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.

Day 13 & 14

Day 17 – Everything and anything. All that I have done has brought me to today, for that I am grateful 🍁

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Robert Brault

Appreciation can make a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary.”

Margaret Cousins
Day 19
Day 20

Wear gratitude like a cloak, and it will feed every corner of your life.

The heart that gives thanks is a happy one, for we cannot feel thankful and unhappy at the same time.

Douglas Wood

Day 22 – I am grateful on this Monday that my alarm did not go off, I got to sleep in, enjoy my “me time” and prepare for a family mini-cation.

Day 23 – Family days in Salt Lake City: The Grand America Hotel, Blue Iguana, Hogle Zoo, and Caffe Molise.

Be thankful for everything that happens in your life; it’s all an experience.

Roy T. Bennet

Day 24 – Today, I am grateful for welcome cookies and a time of luxury and pampering. A beautiful time of facials, pedicures, manicures, plush bedding, valet parking, and marble bathrooms 🤩 It is so nice to go away, have a spa day and take care of yourself. I feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for some more quality time with my little family.

In ordinary life, we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give, and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Day 25 – “For the laughter of the children, for my own life breath, for the abundance of food on this table, for the ones who prepared this sumptuous feast, for the roof over our heads, the clothes on our backs, for our health, and our wealth of blessings, for this opportunity to celebrate with family and friends, for the freedom to pray these words without fear, in any language, in any faith, in this great country, whose landscape is as vast and beautiful as her inhabitants. Thank you, God, for giving us all these. Amen.” Rabbi Naomi Levy

Day 26 – Choosing to do Black Friday shopping online makes this tradition simple and less stressful. I think I still wanna go into Target and feel the soft blankies!

Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity…it makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Melody Beattie

Day 27 -Today, I am grateful for having more time with my family and time by myself this week and less time on work. This time really allowed me to reflect on my roles in life and how I need to create more of a rhythm by doing more things throughout everyday that I enjoy. Rather counting down the days till the next exciting event, I should focus more on the time that is in front of me. Be present in the moment. More grateful for what is here and spending less time focusing on what is not.

Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for happiness. It’s the spark that lights a fire of joy in your soul.

Amy Collette

Day 30 – You are encouraging and you keep me going! Thank you to those friendly faces that share my little piece of the internet. I appreciate you ❤️

We must find time to stop and thank the people who make a difference in our lives.
