This is so tasty and super easy to make.
What you will need:
- 1 cup blueberries (if you use frozen berries you will not have to add ice)
- 1/2 cup oats
- scoop of your favorite vanilla protein smoothie powder
- 1 cup of milk
Optional add in half a banana & spinach
What you will need to do:
- Place ingredients in order above into blender cup
- Blend about one minute or until all ingredients are mixed well.
- Sit back, sip & enjoy!
