The One with the Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

This is so tasty and super easy to make.

What you will need:

  • 1 cup blueberries (if you use frozen berries you will not have to add ice)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • scoop of your favorite vanilla protein smoothie powder
  • 1 cup of milk

Optional add in half a banana & spinach

What you will need to do:

  1. Place ingredients in order above into blender cup
  2. Blend about one minute or until all ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Sit back, sip & enjoy!
